Students unable to attend class due to last minute emergencies will be evaluated on an individual basis. 

What if I lose my certification card? If you lose your card and want a replacement, contact our chapter at (937) 332-1414 ext. 12, to arrange for a replacement. Please be ready with the following information: participant name (and address at time of class), course name and completion date. The cost for replacement is $5.00 per certificate. Payment must be received in full before a replacement certificate will be processed.

Please note: We reserve the right to cancel a scheduled class if the minimum number of participants is not met.
